Greater Albuquerque Housing Report for May 2013

Our local housing market continues to thrive.  The market has been increasing every moth for more than the year now and May could be the best of them.

Pending sales of single family detached homes increased 25.38% from May 2012 to a total of 1,280.

Single family detached home sales in May were also up.  We experienced an improvement of 22.52% from the previous year and and 23.87% from the previous month.

All in all this is very exciting and shows no signs of slowing.  2013 continues to be an excellent year in real estate!
