Greater Albuquerque Housing Report for May 2013
Our local housing market continues to thrive. The market has been increasing every moth for more than the year now and May could be the best of them.
Pending sales of single family detached homes increased 25.38% from May 2012 to a total of 1,280.
Single family detached home sales in May were also up. We experienced an improvement of 22.52% from the previous year and and 23.87% from the previous month.

· Appraisal: This is
an estimate for a property’s cost as thought by a skilled property appraiser.

sales in the district. The purchaser needs to pay the cost for the appraisal.
The lenders need appraisal before they can approve a loan for purchasing.

Inspection: The purchaser has the ability to pay a skilled home
